- We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully. If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to ask you for photos before approving any refunds or exchanges. Please state your order number when you contact us.
- All of our personalised products come with a 90 day money back guarantee if the product is faulty. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or exchange for change of mind purchases or incorrect spelling.
- All items will be assessed on a case by case basis and you will be either offered a refund, partial refund or exchange if your return is approved.
- Fees may be applicable for refunds that were paid for via Afterpay or ZipPay.
- Occasionally our supplier may have sold out of an item before our website was updated. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or exchange depending on which you would prefer.
