We offer a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. We will allow a replacement, if the product has a noticeable defect or flaw, at the time received. We will require a clear photo showing the fault before we issue the warranty. We will not offer a replacement if the warranty has passed the 90 days from date of purchase and/or photographic proof of damage is not provided. If we believe the damage has been caused by negligence or malice, after the product has been received by the customer, the warranty will not be honoured. If a mistake has been made by the user relating to the product and/or personalisation, it is of no fault of Little Guys and Cutie-pies, we are unable to offer a replacement or store credit. No refunds will be issued. Please ensure details are thoroughly checked before your order is placed.
